I honestly think that our education system is failing in matters of critical thinking - is it difficult to understand that;
1) MM reapplying defeats the court order in favor of MM.
2) Re-entry as a foreigner limits his duration and rights.

Can you ever imagine pain Miguna is enduring?: He is asked to apply for Kenyan citizen, a right that he receive by being born in Kenya to two Kenyan parents, he has birth certificate to prove this! A right that no one can ever take away even in death! Citizen that can be taken away is that obtained via naturalization, through legal means, the borrowed rights. The want him not to be able to run for President, ever, because thats only for the citizens via birth.
Miguna Miguna can easily take over from Raila and thats a matter of time. Regimes come and go, Kenya is and will always be there.
