Thankyou so much for sharing this, I love Saint Paul of the Cross but I didn’t know that he suffered from depression his entire life, I do too and I’ve always felt I shouldn’t when I have the faith, there have been so many temptations about this trying to deter me and make me feel that my spiritual life is not real or authentic
