I remember when Tres Hombres Album first came out, this was my first 8 track tape I bought to play in my first car I ever owned a 1969 Jade Black 2 door Ford Fairlane I purchased from my neighbor in 1976 for $500. I played this 8 track over and over until it popped then I bought another one lol. I am 65 now.

The Honorable Rev. he is a working man guitar player he knows the ergonomics of playing but he still is doing a lot in his gigs I can't even mostlikely not be able to keep up with the Rev. to play so smooth to sing and why do we love are guitars and guitar players so much why it's in us to listen it is in us to produce the frequency that move the feelings out to the people or we listen and take in the frequency what musians put out .Why is it that the Rev who plays infront of millions and millions and is one of thee because his frequencies are positive and shared in good faith no hate no protests just good ol RocknRoll wow factor 100%....RocknRollFlat5

This is respect for the power of music and what commitment to one's craft can create. These guys can hold their heads fat, high and deep.

Most musicians are super lucky if they just make it into the Big Time once. Ricky did it Twice with Iconic Bands that the World has seen and heard. To think not only being 1 of the original drummers in Skynyard but to leave just after cutting their 1st album because you wanted to play guitar more then to play the drums. For over 15 years I woke up to "Good Mornin" because I've always loved Blackfoot. I 1st met Ricky, Jakson and T Bone in a little upstate NY club called Manhattan in Spring Valley. My friends band had been hired to open for them. I was basically the hired muscle as I carried everything in set it up and tore it back down after they finished. We were all a bit nervous as it was their 1st time opening for a National Recording Artist. Nothing could be further from the truth. T Bone took our bassist off to the side and gave him at least an hours class on playing the bass. Jakson told our drummer to go play his kit and get a feel of his set up and explained how he tuned his kit to get that big rich sound. Ricky spent time with both our guitarists and took time to talk to each of us during the long wait until doors opened. Several times after we'd open for Blackfoot in many of the clubs in Northern NJ and the NY Area. I had a really long talk and fun day at a club called Connections in Northern NJ as we sat at the bar together watching Ollie North testifying before Congress giving each other our own opinions on the why's it happened. 1 of the Kindest, Honest, Open-minded Musicians to ever take to the stage. Hopefully when they swing through the Raleigh area again and catch up on things.

Astounding performance from everyone. I've listened to it thousands of times. Doesn't get much better than this.

When I was younger we didn't have a bus. But when I was transferred to Allegany. I purposely sat in the back of the bus. I'm a registered Micmac Indian. I remember the stories that miss Kenny would tell me. I remember Rosa Parks. I remember the stories told to me about how the French used to treat the Indians. Maybe the short bus but this shit truly happened... 🤔

The best performance I've seen of those tunes..Awesome jam. I'm glad to see Billy play close to the studio version and you cover guys did very well, very appropriate solo, Kenny..My hat's off in respect. That tune's hard to play and make sound that good. I saw Billy and the guys (Billy, Elwood & Frank) awhile back, Dusty had just passed they still played well, I was standing 20 ft away from the stage and my jeans were blowing around, the amps were moving that much air.

Saw ZZ Top live in 1985 on their Eliminator tour in Pittsburgh. Always liked Billy's playing. Rock on.
