my tips are to always make sure i’m wearing a clean mask! ive heard cotton ones are the most breathable, also i always wash my face as soon as i can after wearing a mask all day. i don’t wear many makeup under my mask as well, and i keep mouthwash on me to prevent bacteria circulating around inside of my mask. these are just a few tips that have helped me, and i hope they’re useful for you too. your skin looks lovely!

I know how you feel because I too have to wear a mask for 8 hours daily at work too. You can order a plastic cup like insert for your mask. It keeps the mask off your face and make breathing 95% better as it stops the mask from touching you while your inhaling. I hope this helps if you need more info I’ll be happy to help.

I like hearing about your daycare. Yeah I'm not an "anti-masker" by any means but I can't wait for when we don't need them anymore. Some make it hard to breathe and face coverings that don't restrict my breathing probably aren't protecting me/you very well.

Use micellar water wipes and moisturize periodically! I use jojoba oil

It may be the material of the mask. I think that the masks which are rewashable and made of cotton layers are best. Otherwise there may be a contact issue with the skin, or rosacea. Hope you can find a way. Cheers.

Honestly, for the masks I would suggest trying one of the silk ones AND to make sure that it fits properly. I had mask caused acne earlier during the pandemic and since making my own adjustable masks that fit my face really well it has mostly gone away. I only have it on my high cheeks and I could probably fix it with washing my face better. Hopefully this is all over soon so we don’t have to worry about it any more!

There's a brand called Ducray, which has super good face cleaning gel I use. It's specially designed for skin with acneic tendencies, and it has never failed me once. Highly recommend it :)

Having the same issue with breakouts, and I'm in my mid-50's. I get to take my mask off for an hour on my break, in the middle of a 12 hour shift. Otherwise, I have to wear it all day. I hope you find an answer, because I know a lot of people struggling with this.

Love Alysaa you are so beautiful and kind..💙😊 love all your videos..To help with breakouts moisturize before masking.. or switch to a different mask to a silk mask or try a tone and treat called maskne face spray from tarte cosmetics or they have burt and bees acne prone facial they have it on Target..and to wear little or no makeup because the mask creates heat friction and moisture from breathing unfortunately it causes breakouts..😥 Hopefully this helps but you are beautiful all the time..💙😊 Love all your videos you are amazing..💙😊💙😊
