Hose hidden behind sleeve that has a male piece that fits into a female piece with check valve on the backside of the bottle. Carefully inserting the hidden hose into the bottle @ 0:35 . That being said, you would need two electrical outlets, one for the useless spinning contraption and one for the hidden pump.

Its a very simple trick look the left hand closed @0:30, then the way he holds the bottle @0:36 and then he never gets his hands off that bottle. There is a tube running from his sleeves then between fingers and finally inside bottle (with a hole in bottle). A pump gushes water to bottle and then finally siphoned in big jar.

Water supply is coming from tubing inside hand sleeve. the only "Water extractor" that will work, would be based on sublimation effect.
