I had a problem not to long ago and the people at MOTU were so patient with my lack of knowledge I ended up on the phone with them for at least 3 hours combined. I finally had this guy Dave Roberts who was so cool and also patient and non condescending, there was a genuine kindness in his words that made me feel that I made the right choice with MOTU. And yes Dave solved my problem and I am a MOTU user for life!

I have a suggestion for a New Interface. I'm the kind of user with a small studio,  who has a lot of hardware synthesizers. I might have a singer or two comming by and I have two pairs of Audio Monitors. But I want the Audio quality of the Motu AVB Interfaces, and with thunderbolt and all the good stuff.

Back Panel: 24 Analogue inputs. Two Pairs of Output for Monitors.
Front Panel: Two XLR/Jack combo inputs for Mic,  Line and Instrument. Two Headphone Outputs with individual volume control. And Same blue display.

These interfaces are like a dream. I just moved to windows from mac, and all these great thunderbolt interfaces are starting to make me regret this decision. It's so hard to find a motherboard with a good thunderbolt option.

Too bad the 16A doesn't have Monitor outs and headphone...Not even any Volume knobs..sigh.
