Seeing Brad in a physical role again was so good!

Charles Lee Ray in the physical form was the highlight of the entire season tbh

Pretty much agree. I did enjoy it more than the last few episodes but that's mainly due to the fact that we get to see Brad Dourif on screen again, he was great as expected. Cool effects with the blood as well.

Everything else is just more wacky stuff that's hard for me to get into.

The Dourifs once again proving they're the best out of the cast😊
Maybe overthinking but subtle reference to Idle Hands when he punches the guard in the elevator and then holds his hand the exact way 🤔

The first Season was good, but it's gone downhill ever since. I can't even bring myself to watch a full episode. I usually just watch reaction videos to the show.

This episode is solid I would say, my only gripe is they still haven't explained that major plot hole of the ghost thing. Like Chucky is here killing people in the white house but why did ghost got involved in the process? Jake being the one to be temporary dead makes sense because he is the one with a somewhat deeper connection to Chucky.

Either way, at least I can appreciate its trying something new so that way it doesn't get stale or predictable. Thats why it keeps the audience glued to the show to see what happens next. So many twists are in there. So far season 3 is pretty good and better then season 2.

"There Will Be Blood" is one of my favorite movies.

Seeing Chucky in human form is weird to me lol.

This franchise should have been done after Bride. The dark comedy and self-referential humor was clearly an acknowledgment the franchise ran out of steam. Bride, while not really my style, was a decent film for what it was and also the only appearance in which Jennifer Tilly was not insufferable. This is now past beating a dead horse. This is the horse chopped up into pieces and flinging its innards all over the barnyard. Remember, this downward spiral began once Mancini took full control with Seed.

It's funny how everyone hated buddi for being AI, but love Chucky when he's all ghosty and paranormal and all!? Pretty dumb honestly.

The ghost stuff has potential, but the "Good Chucky" plot line should have been left in season 2. Also idk if anyone else noticed but they reused dialog from episode five

"Chucky is in the spirit relm."
"How do we get to the spirit relm?"
"By dying."

The more you see the flaws in the show, the more those things stand out.

I just finish watching the episode and I take back about what I said earlier, I thought the episode is really good, the elevator scene reminds me more of Evil Dead Rise, and towards the very end was actually pretty depressing, at the same time I'm intrigued about the season finally next week

As much as I enjoy this show, I agree with Cody. Jake having any "love" for "Good Chucky" makes no sense and feels forced overall.

My least favorite episode of the series tbh. The last two penultimate episodes for seasons 1 and 2 felt appropriately big, and this… didn’t. There are no stakes anymore, even if they’re “killing off” characters. I miss Andy and Kyle too!

You know what doesn't make sense, how the heck did Jake's dad end up in the spirit realm in the white house he died in the basement at his house all the sudden he's going to talk to his son that makes no sense what so ever

This last episode feeling too much like a Goosebumps episode or Beetlejuice. Definitely does not feel like Chucky

I’m a huge Chucky fan, but they’re really ruining Chucky with all these new ridiculous elements. It’s very disappointing to see one of your favorite horror icons become a parody (and yes I know Chucky always had comedic elements) but this series is just too outlandish and ridiculous for me. I think I’ll stick with the classics

I love how they're doing different genres within the series instead of just a standard slasher, really excited to see how it all wraps up.

I don't mind how outlandish the series can get, so I'm cool with the ghost stuff, I'm just raally iffy about Jake as a character, and the teens in general.

Personally, I’m loving the ghost story they’re doing this season!
