KTM RC390 K-Tech Fork Cartridge Kit install

The video everyone with an rc390, and a will to diy has been waiting for. How to install a cartridge kit in the street version wp forks.
This is a video of a ktech install, but the andreani's, and gp kit should install in a nearly identical way.

My Bike info: 2016 ktm rc390. pretty much stock. Nearly 28 pounds of stuff removed.

Can Duke 390 2018 (bs4) outer pipe be fitted on RC390?

Would you mind explaining what's the "1mm" is about? Seems like you don't have any issue installing it but you mentioned there is a 1mm difference at around 4:44. Nothing is mentioned in the install manual by ktech either.

How did You removed this top screw with holes from down fork, I did make an tool but after heating, colding etc. it does even move - two days of fight and still nothing

Did you use red loctite when you reinstalled the stanchion into the end?

Things not bled up at all... should feel resistance all the way up and down... its the damper!! And youre 145mm air gap is nore like 60mm
