That would honestly be a good mode to add officially into the game.

The devs are probably conflicted about this. On the one hand, the community is keeping the game fresh all on their own. On the other hand, the community is subverting one of the incentives to spend money for better cards.

I absolutely love to be able to play without running into Mewtwo and Pikachu every single game.

In this NOEX I'm having so much fun with a normal Venusaur deck, not the EX one obviously. He still heals for 30, has 20 less dmg and less hp, but in this format there aren't many pokemon that can oneshot it, with Lilligant he can be up quite fast, and Gigadrain + Potion + Erika makes him almost unkillable-

Obviously he's countered by Blaine but the point is, this type of control, stallish decks works better here than the normal format

If youre going to get premium pass get it when missions are about to end to get new missions too when missions refresh.

These community born leagues are really cool. I wonder if more will get created like lobbies where you only use three stage mons/EXs or a coin flip mayhem where you play around the almighty coin or type specific battles. There’s a lot of potential for community made lobbies and I hope this is just the start

No Ex tier list of decks would be sick!

I think from my experiences
Top tier is Arbok and wheezing.

Blaine deck is great, primape/ Promo is great
Dragonite is probably good .

Do a tier list for the meta of the no Ex meta

There's the risk you might find people that still use EX decks. There's the certainty that you will not get XP per victory. Other than that, it can be fun.

The fact that you can get matches for this code as fast as any other online mode shows that there is demand for this as an official mode. Would love to see how the meta would develop in a dedicated format
