From an art historical standpoint, I find it significant that the producers of these videos choose to show the umpires inspecting the hands of the starting pitchers. To the casual viewer these may seem like mere overflow images from the previous inning's highlights, but there is no reason these couldn't be cut out (the same way they don't show all the other players leaving the field) but for the fact that MLB wants to emphasize that they are enforcing this rule.

I was at this game and WOW!! What a great game for Game 1 of the Doubleheader and congratulations to Blake Snell with 15K strikeouts in a Giants uniform UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Well, some parts of this game could sum up the season. Blake Snell was just beating us up, but Feltner kept us in this game!! Then we gave the Giants an extra out and lost any chance we had at winning. Man, it just seems like the bullpen can't catch a break. Speaking of which, so long Nick Mears. Well, it's off to Game 2.
