50:41 I had very clear 'announcing' dreams for both my children, where they asked to be with me for a specific reason, and I agreed in the dream. It's such a beautiful relationship to know they chose to born through me.

42:59 thank you Emmy for sharing your dreams/experiences. Hope your family member gets well and the challenging situation strengthens you: keep querying your dreams for solutions, they do work (from personal experience).

Great stuff, thanks! It's very interesting that Machiel's take on dreams and dreaming is more-or-less identical to Tom Campbell's, just using different vocabulary.

It saids that he is initiated shamanic diviner, but is he initiated into a closed practice spiritual tradition or he just has learned a certain spiritual methods therefore this is his own form of eclectic spiritually?

Q: At the 32:00to 33:00 point in this talk Machiel speaks of the dream world as a world created in the dream, this I understand, however, what do I not understand is his reference to these worlds as NOT ending when you wake; they continue to coexist? Would anyone care to elaborate on this concept of creating a dream world that continues to exist without the dreamer??? Thank you. 🙏

I have the impression that when she says "imaginal" or " imagination, " she means "not real." Yet isn't waking life just another dream? Isn't all experienced reality created by consciousness playing with light frequencies?

to my 'weird observation' the casual dream perhaps is trigered by hormonal system.. in case nightmare it came from our cortisol hormone and romanric dream is triggered by testosterone or progesterone hormone, which seem inline with Jungian concept

maybe need further observation what kind hormone that in case the dream such creative or analitical dream and prophetive or pre-cognitive..

sometimes the dream also came from suppressed memories per Freud concept and mostly my dream are in this type and even no need in state of suppressed memory just simple event and no need attention and reside in the subconscious then the event can comeback in the dream form with so many additional creative form..

but still the mystery for me how can the dream can interact with our physical body..such last week dreaming about Ukraine trench and in dream I was there and passing the bush with spike and how can there's scratches mark in my armpits..

Very enjoyable discussion, thank you both ... I log my dreams daily and work actively with the dream and other expanded states. So true that once this connection is in place it is not something you ever want to let go. 🤍
