1. Exception to the 5 conditions given under para 9 (Step - Identification of contract with customers) is not only when contract is terminated and consideration is not refundable but also when the entity has no remaining obligations to transfer the goods and services, all or substantially all of the consideration has been received by the entity and the consideration is received is not refundable (given in para 15)
2. Combination of contracts is given under para 17 of Ind AS 115 - it is mandatory since it uses the words, "shall" . Unline Para -4 of Ind AS 115 which allows accounting for portfolio of contracts rather than individual contracts as an practical expedient, combination of contracts given in para 17 of Ind As 115 is mandatory
