GHANA has declared bankruptcy, in the current day and age, it is sad to hear such things happening!

Fiscal policy continues to be a challenge to most African countries and Ghana is the latest casualty, this a case of wrong approach to issues and a lesson for the other countries living under similar situation to clean their houses sooner than later.

Ghana borrowed to improve education and infrastructure. It will pay dividends in the future.

What did Nigeria borrow to do? Build a train system from Abuja for $500 million loan and shut it down in a few years!
Let’s hope the new Blue Train is maintained.
