Great player Paulie, but in the Scottish vernacular that video was Gash. The guy is injured, not dead. We should be celebrating his career and the final victory he contributed to, not suffer this mournful twaddle..!

I remember watching the game and the camera was behind the ruck. Paul was clearing out a ruck and somebody else came in to steal the turn over. O'Connell had all his weight on one leg and from the camera angle that was behind him, you could clearly see his whole hamstring snap as he took the weight of 2 people. I knew there and then that it finished his career. An awful way for the man to finish his Munster and Ireland career. He didn't deserve that.
