The inner circle in he Triangle of the Art is to place the seal or sigil of the spirit to be summoned. The inner circle is also supposed to be color green. You don't need a black mirror, the spirit will manifest thru the sigil which is place in the inner circle in the triangle but yes a black mirror seal work too.

This is one of the best explanations of Spirit conjuration that I've come past and you explain it so easily and very much in detail so that's it is very easy to understand. While I don't believe in trapping a spirit into a triangle to each their own and I personally, don't believe in trying to blast the spirits or punish the spirit, but as I said to each their own, whatever works for you. I tend to go at it at a more personal approach that's getting to know the spirit asking what they would like to return for working with me and others have had success with this as well. I do know that the classical grimoires come at it from mainly a Christian perspective, hence the name of the the archangels and the holy names around it. I can just steer away from that because I don't see especially the goatic spirits as evil entities. I believe they are spirits and their own rights and they were here much longer than Christianity was and that Christianity had demonized the spirits and basically made them evil. As I said though, this is my personal opinion and what has worked for me. But if another system works for you, by all means, use that because I believe you tweak processes until you find what works for you and that is the most powerful form of magic.

Why do some people involved in shamanism or witchcraft claim that using absinthe as an offering to spirits and deities can damage our energy/aura?
Could you discuss the ritual use of this substance in magic?
It's not about its consumption, simply as an offering in the form of liquid or fire

What can you gain from calling onto the spirit world? To me these beings are neither good nor evil by default they just exist.
