Hi David- I enjoyed your succinct tutorial on photographing the Milky Way. Your enthusiasm is catching! I would suggest mentioning that in the Spring the MW Core rises before dawn-i.e. you have to be ready to shoot at 2:30 or 3:00 am; in the summer/Fall it's a little easier- just stay up late as the MW Core rises after sunset.
