Can I claim points for my employment in my 189 and 190 VIC visa applications? My first job was positively assessed by Vetassess (17/07/2018 to 16/07/2021). For my second job (26/02/2021 to 10/06/2022), the tasks are not closely related to the ANZSCO tasks for the nominated occupation, but it is in the same occupation group.

Hi, Dear Karl, you mentioned in the video that applicants should not have any serious health issues. I am a bilateral below-knee amputee following a train accident at the age of 16. Now I am 39 years of age and using below knee prosthesis since the year 2000. Due to my self-determination, I have overcome the disability and became a Medical doctor in Sri Lanka and have been serving in the post for about 11 years now. My disability has not affected my duties and I am afraid that anyone can identify me as a disabled person because I am dedicated and work as a normal person. The position called Primary Health Organization manager in the skilled occupation list is very much applicable to me. Do you think that because of my disability I will be disqualified for these visa categories or any advice do you have to give me. Please sir let me know. Kind Regards.

Hi Karl, I would be really obliged if you can clear this out. Do I need to notify immigration if I take a new casual job in addition to my primary job. So the main employer and the address of the position of my main job remains same and this new job is also within the same LGA?
