You can do 8 reps, one of the best number of reps to do to build muscle and literally build ZERO MUSCLE.

Yes, zero muscle.

Spaghetti arms, chicken legs no muscle.

If you’re not training hard enough, I don’t care what rep range you’re doing.

This is the single biggest obstacle I have seen get in the way of peoples progress. They’re not digging deep enough.

As much as you’d love it to get easier, the longer you’ve been doing it, it doesn’t happen like that. Conversely, it actually gets harder.

So deal with it and out in the work anyway because the reward is being stronger, more muscular, more mobile, becoming healthier and increasing your longevity.

I’m pretty sure it’s 5-30 reps unless something newer came out
