You have entire groups of people who know what code does making these interfaces, and entire groups of other people overwatching the code being made, and entire groups of people reviewing and judging what code works and what doesn't before passing the code out to the masses, and another group who give their stamp of approval. This isn't just "some bug." Hundreds of people looked at the programming and said it works as intended.
