Most of the outfits celebrities wear on the red carpet are a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen. They are extremely tight being held together by zippers or pins not made to endure such pressure. Sheer outfits with opaque patterns on the right places never guarantee functionality because the human body is 3d and clothing is….well fluid on the body. An outfit that is too short also is risky if you plan to bend down. So I am not surprised by any of these.

Don't ever wear a dress without some type of underwear and you won't end up flashing everyone who doesn't want to see it anyway! Most of these were easily avoidable

I talked to someone who had a friend who dressed celebrities for the Oscars.

They wear two outfits, the women. One for the red carpet and then one they change into for later for after parties. The second outfit is many times see-through. Hope this helps.
