Pause- the ability to pause time and open a subliminal menu
Save/load data- effectively saves a monent in the universe, which can be reloaded anytime.
Upload/download data- effectively a cloud drive where I can bank one save, should I die, this save would automatically be reloaded.

It's not interdimentional travel, it's straight up video game style time travel. I like to imagine I'd remember all progress so I could do things differently each time till I get it right. It also has a degree of immortality since I could live my lifespan from the time my powers developed, over and over
