Recently i realised that adding curd in my diet would be beneficia for my health, although I was troubled with the proper dahi, I had options like store bought Amul dahi, home made with my mom's help. I want to thank Dr. Bimal since he taught me so deep knowledge about the suitable and correct choice of milk or dahi. Huge thanks.
