Just arrived is this remarkable example of the sporty and desireable MGB Roadster from MG/British Leyland, a 1980 convertible model in stunning Burgundy Metallic with tan interior. This ultra-clean and low mileage MG has been owned by an affluent local couple for many years, and is pretty much entirely original with the exception of a very expensive paint job, in which the exterior of the vehicle was disassembled, stripped to bare metal, and refinished to better-than-factory quality. The interior is original and unrestored, as is under the hood and trunk. The car has no malignant rust underneath with firm floorboards, no corrosion under the battery box, and brkaes and suspension in excellent condition - it is a tue survivor. It runs and drives extremely well, and is an absolute blast to take down the road, with great clutch feel, smooth shifts, tight steering, and like-new road handling. Do not miss this one! Phone us at (239) 273-1150 or (239) 261-3600 for sales information.

No belt on the smog pump? Original carpet in the trunk? MG's never had carpet in the trunk

Lucus electrics were VERY bad on the MGs. I would need a new wiring harness on it first. Other than that its not bad. New it was around $4000. Wonder how much more it is today!

Yes, the valves do need attention. Trash the stereo. Get rid of that super annoying sound when door is opened. Car does look good though. How much dude?
