I understand and relate to Bernard here. College does suck, no offense to people who actually go to college. College is just a lot of hard work and pressure and not everyone can do it. Dropped out after three years and after my Financial aid for school was cut.

Those who passed and graduated with good careers that follow, more power to you.

To answer to Bernards question, since sally doesn't need 5 watermelons she probably wants them. Binge eating could be a sign of stress due to loss or fear. I'm guessing bernard entered a college exam for psychology.

honestly him turning into a kid mid panic is a really interesting touch. A lot of the time in college, I feel like an underqualified kid being thrown into the adult world.

I'm already a fourth year college student. It's true college can be hard such as taking minor subjects (sounds easy? Not a chance), changing of schedules, meeting new people, etc. But there'll be days that are fun and exciting. I still remember the time when I didn't know what room I was supposed to be in and people were walking pretty fast. So it's ok to have mistakes and stay calm. Of course, I love watching Craig of The Creek even though I'm not a kid anymore. Young at heart. Note: Nice Monsters University reference.

The professor reminds me of Prof. Knight from Monsters University. Even the kid’s name that was supposed to sit in the chair that Bernard was sitting in was called Wazowski! It’s definitely NOT a coincidence.

This is me in college right now and the worse part is I don’t have blockmates, i do remember some horrible memories too it’s hard to be an only student and i got bullied so bad yes bullying in college exist.

He knows full well this isn’t even his course, nor is it actual preliminary stuff like an SAT. He could’ve easily got the message “This isn’t the course for me” instead of “Oh I failed one course, so I’ll screw up all of them and everything else in life”. He may have felt the pressure, but he essentially became a loser for even getting the wrong message, and his supporting parents do nothing but enable this nonsense.

As someone who went and graduated college (community college and transferred to a 4 year), dude is overthinking and stressed out about something.

My advice for those in or going to college is you will have to carry your own weight meaning that you’re responsible for your studies, money, and decisions. Don’t be afraid to ask for help or some advice from those close you or resources available at the college when you need it.

Yeah, I funnily enough wouldn't know how to answer that question either. I can tell you this however, as an RD intern with his undergrad already in the Masters program the answer is basically irrelevant. She has five watermelons, doesn't need em', why does she have em', doesn't really matter, there's too many potential answers to this and RD's when discussing someone's food selections the rule is we don't know anything until' the patient has said something. If they can't then all we have are speculations. The sad part is that teachers are like that one. It truly is sad but u know what that's life, hardest part is getting through that schooling. If Bernard is majoring in Psychology then he should really consider getting out of that major while he still can as it's considered one of the most useless majors and degrees.
