This video is 2nd part of useEffect in which I have fetch data from an API. Now actually useEffect will be run every time if the component state or props changed. So to stop from doing this we provide dependencies in an array as a second parameter to the useEffect such that react sees if the value inside the array is changed before or after the render and if it is changed this effect will run that is inside useEffect. So let us see How the useEffect Hook Works (with Examples).

The data that we are fetching is from another sever and we are setting the state of the data and declaring what data to be shown.
