Yes it’s bs… India should further delay Tesla’s entry, and focus on growing Indian manufacturers. Maybe even poach few high ranking Tesla Indian engineers and incentivise them to build for/in India.

My concern is Indian Market for EV in the mean time must not go to other Chinese players like BYD. Why India can not have our own BYD?

Sir, from pov of AI engineering - data is nectar. If China offers "data" to Elon Musk then he can visit China every other month. But can they convince Elon Musk not to invest in India ? Why not!? Still now China is a ready-made market for EVs. They just have to sweeten the deal.
