Pep Guardiola inherited a great team at Barca from the previous manager. He won everything because the team was quality and the team even did training by themselves. Now he has inherited a great team at Bayern and on a CRAZY wage! I would like to see how good of a manager he would be at a team were many things need improvements.

Ironic thing is Jose Mourinho said that he took a pay cut to come back to Chelsea :P

Wenger's salary is the most deserved on the list. Clubs are businesses, and businesses need profit to develop. He creates huge profit for his club and keeps the team in the CL every year. Chelsea and Man City don't need to care about the income because their owners have tons of other businesses to provide fund for the club, hence these two clubs barely can break even every season on the book but still be able to buy and pay super stars. Arsenal is always the top 5 most valuable football clubs even without winning anything, because of their stable strategy and Wenger's ability to develop good youngsters to fill in the first team. For the fans, it is a bit hard, but for the long run, Wenger is the best choice for Arsenal. Now they are starting to buy at least one star every season, so I guess "not winning anything" has come to an end. Wenger once proved he can win the league title with a top quality squad without losing one game after all.

I think Bayern should have settled for a coach in the million dollar range. There are plenty of great coaches who actually speak German and English.
