meh. Sure, this is good if you already know something about data science and you generally are looking for an idea on package usage. It does not teach you data science. It does not teach you how to generate a reasonable hypothesis and how to evaluate whether that hypothesis is a reasonable business/science question to ask.
7 hours will not teach you that.
