Hey Ali, it's said that, we cannot make more than 1 grammar mistake in one speaking test to score 9 bands. Is that true?

Hi Ali... my question is about the time given to respond to the question asked.. for example, if I am given 60 seconds to speak, but I round up my response in 50 seconds, do I click on 'Next' or remain silent until the time runs out?
