If you're new to Agile and Scrum or just starting a new piece of work one of the first things you're going to need is a product backlog. But where do they come from and how are they created? It might surprise you to learn that The Product Owner isn't going to have one tucked up their sleeve ready to hand to you. It's a team effort and in this video I'll show you how to create one quickly, with an early Minimum Viable Product MVP using user journey mapping.

Hi, Steve.
Thanks for the video. I'm in a process of event storming to create a backlog for kinda a big product and your video is one from many I can say is useful. It would be nice to see how transform events to user stories in details. I hope to watch more of your videos. Thank you!
