I started working out this year and kettlebell was my first pick after my friend's recommendation.

It's been 2+ months only so far but i see big difference in how my body looks like, i was never that flexible before, i believe i can workout longer too.

Kettlebell is amazing bang for the buck considering how cheap u can get solid cast kettlebell and make full body workouts with it.

You're doing awesome job, Gregory <3

I've heard it said KB training is the thinking person's exercise. 100%. And it's fun, esp. seeing results in a fraction of the time!

Master the bell and then add in other implements, in a complimentary fashion, and your fitness goes thru the roof.

Too right my friend. Still it would be good to see more detailed breakdowns of the basics of kettlebells. Something á la Mark Wildman style, but for idiots like myself. Don't know why but I find his method of teaching difficult to follow along. It would be great to see basics of core movements like snatch, clean, clean & press, etc. be broken right down to demystify it and most importantly avoid accidents and injuries for newbies. Cheers!

the problem is the competitions, they are not sexy enough!
and i wrote you an email, i said that we should invent a new training style, that combines KB and mobility and do competitions. release the KB from the CrossFit, bc its a different training logic.

Kettle bells are good but they absolutely have a bigger learning curve and more prone to injury than standard weight lifting, education is key but look at something as simple as deadlift with ALL the education to properly lift and still see SO many improper technique and injuries. Just a fact of life, a lot of people won't take the time to learn good technique and will get injured, kettle bells are prone to injured more with improper technique
