The grizzly is actually my very favorite weightlifter. I’m a long-time middle aged gym rat and I can appreciate this special man. Bodybuilders and strongmen are a dime a dozen but there is only one BLOATLORD!

Jujimufu and his training partner tried our Bloatlord’s workouts at the same load’s the Griz was using. It turned out the stuff he does is really hard, even if bizarre AF. The hardest one for them was the wrist curls at 200kg while leaning forward with the bar resting on the lower back. It’s pretty funny and worth a watch.
