To be percise, velocity including both speed and direction so the i think it would be changing speed and direction or just only velocity.

In 2:57 Fourth point is not needed as the second point states that force can change the velocity, and as velocity is "Direction aware (Speed + Direction)", Change in velocity can also mean change in direction :)
