A spray of WD40 and look for a loose wire, I have had my Sport Rider for over six years now and the biggest problem was a control board burn out, I luckily have insurance and they replaced the control board and entire wiring harness, just recently I have a problem with indicators but I suspect it is the flasher unit as no emergency lights as well as indicators and no clicking sounds. I love my Sport Rider.

How long did this thing get on a charge as these bigger mobility scooters ( whatever make ) they usually have to have a enormous amount of time on a charge 14 to 17 HOURS ( as far as I am aware of) while the smaller & much lighter & slower scooters can take between 8 & 12 hrs (as far as I am aware of unless someone else knows otherwise). That is is biggest drawback with these mobility scooters is the charging time. Personally have it checked over FULLY!!! & if it's down to the batteries then make sure they were replaced with 100ma MORE EXPENSIVE (VERY BUT, WORTH IT ) not 50's or. 75's which maybe in it & not given it the power it requires. But, definitely get it checked over by a FULLY QUALIFIED technical expert. & get your answer from him . I am not saying it is the batteries but, it is a very possible it could be.
