My grandma was put on life support this afternoon. She doesn’t have much time left. She lived a beautiful life. Full of love, support, smiles, tears, laughs, heartache. When she passes into the next chapter of life, she will leave behind her children, grand babies, family, friends. She will no longer be in pain. She has been a fighter for so long. Recently I’ve been in touch with my faith. The power of prayer and our god. I pray for her today. Hillsong has helped me through so much in my life and I was honored to see them live a few weeks ago. This song speaks to my heart right now. We love you Grandma ❤️
