This is so disturbing. Kim Kardashian DID NOT take an LSAT exam, go to college, or go to law school. So you all understand she DOES NOT have a bachelors degree or a Juris Doctorate (a law degree), which takes a total of 7 years of formal education learning from the best professors and legal minds in the country.

She is going the cheap route because California has weird rules on licensing attorneys. She can do an apprenticeship in California instead of having taken the LSAT, getting a Bachelors Degree, and a J.D. Then she has to sit for a baby bar exam and then the General California Bar Exam. She also has to pass a professional responsibility test and the moral character and fitness application. California is only 1 of 4 states that allows this apprenticeship route and it's frankly considered a joke in the legal profession.

I highly doubt she will pass the General Bar Exam and even if she did these type of "apprentice" lawyers aren't held in high regard. This is the equivalent of a "doctor" getting a medical license through their boards without having done a bachelors in science or medical school and only doing 2 year medical residency. Would you want them to do your surgery without the degrees, time, skill, and effort needed to become a highly skilled physician?

No law firm or government agency is going to hire her as an attorney because she doesn't have a bachelors degree or J.D. and being a lawyer is taken seriously by those places. They won't risk her committing malpractice and screwing up cases. This is someone who only has a high school diploma and studied under 1 other attorney, and you're gonna trust them with your case, lawsuit, life, or career in a courtroom??

For the record, the bar exam is nothing like the practice of law either. It's just a general overview of general legal principles. Once you get out there into the real world of legal practice, then this is when your law school training will kick in. But she does not have any formal education! Like I said, you wouldn't want a doctor who didn't go to med school to operate on you. So why would you want a lawyer who doesn't have a bachelors degree or JD and just a high school diploma.

I'm not knocking her for wanting to be a lawyer, but I'm knocking her for how she's going about doing it. Getting a formal college education and a JD is what she should do. Put the work and time in for 7 years like everyone else, but she won't because she's not serious.

This is more of the dumbing down of America, and it's encouraging young people to be anti education. You will feel it when you see how low the quality of the work and skill is compared to someone with a formal education who put the time and effort into their profession.
