bilele blocheaza doar un pinion pe rand, restu se invarte pe liber in gol, al 2 rand este blocat tot timpu, foarte simplu, in ax sunt niste bile care blocheaza doar un pinion in functie de selectare treptei de viteza, etc. este o tija care blicheaza cate un pinion.
