The Hilldog pound is one of my favorite sidebars in South Park history

I never knew this when I was younger, but at 0:11 Hillary speaks with a southern accent, even though earlier in the episode, she was heard not having one, also she's not from a small town, she's from Chicago. She was just pandering.

In the DVD Commentary for this episode Matt and Trey said they originally were going to have more scenes with the Hilldog guys and hoped it would catch on, and random groups of people in dog masks would start showing up at her campaign rallies.
