Question, I have migraines and I am getting ready to initiate my claim with the VA for that, however, I have been in a position for several years that when I have to call out sick from work for the issue, I am able to use my Vacation time instead of using my Sick time. Will that count or do I specifically have to utilize Sick time?

Hi Stephanie. I put in an ITF in July 2023 and filed for IBS (gulf war presumptive) in July 2024. I was awarded 30% which took me to 100%, but they only pd me from July 2023. Should it have been effective Aug 2022? Thank you❤
