I hope the way you have your hands position at :46 will help get the seat release in my vehicle because I was trying to pull up from the side and the wire like hook from the bottom of the seat will not release from being held.

Could not get my seats to come out like you are doing at :45-49. Had to use a large screw driver for leverage to get my seats to come out.

Just take a grinder to the rest of it and cut the rear seat out. It's dead weight.
