Bob is as down to earth and humble as you can get. No drama, no issues, no hang ups, no trouble. Just great lyrics, great songs, great band, great man. Bob is a treasure and loved by millions of fans. Love your reactions to this song. Keep reacting to Bob Seger songs. His cover song “If I Were A Carpenter” is Bob Smokin’ O.P.S.

Your lady is correct. It’s easier to stay away and not expose yourself and your feelings. When your heart is broken you don’t want to feel it again. Bob Seger is the best storyteller. You go to no man’s land so you don’t have to feel anymore. You’re safe. Been there 15 years now

Bob Seger is my favorite singer he doesn’t have a bad song, If I were stranded on an island with one choice of music it would be Bob and the Silver Bullet, he has a song for every mood you might be in. I don’t think you will ever be disappointed in any of his songs ❣️ I’d recommend his song, In your time! Oh, he also does a great version of The Little Drummer Boy.

Ship of fools, against the wind, like a rock, down on main Street, fire down below, night moves, he doesn't have a bad song. He's a true legend.🎸🇺🇸

I was fortunate to see him 6 times over the years. Against the wind song is one of his best and includes one of the greatest lines ever

Seger speaks of the human experience, the highs and the lows. He gives you the feeling of raw authenticity. Great reaction as always ❤

The first Bob Seger album I bought was 'Against the Wind' - around 40 years ago. Apart from the titles that are always mentioned as favourites, I particularly like: 'Bo Diddley' (from 'Live Bullet', one of the best live albums ever) and 'Fine Memory', probably Seger's gentlest (love) song.

You have to listen to the title song of this album. My all time favorite! " I was living to run and running to live
Never worried about paying or even how much I owed....We were runnin' against the wind
We were young and strong, we were runnin' against the wind."

You are both a great couple to listen to, so nice to see such a loving couple. Have you tried listening to Carole King's songs "Jazzman" full of sax playing and also "Hard Rock Cafe" both really good up tempo, feel good music by Carole.
