Peter was not a rioter he was a protester

It was an activist judge, who has previously sentenced a man to probation because he determined that the prison atmosphere would have been too stressful for him.
The crime of that man was 'messing' around with children - (Utube friendly words).

Exemplary sentences are inherently unjust.

To be sent to prison for that length of time for shouting is a disgrace.

Shouting at police = two years in prison. For a first offence when the chap had already had a heart attack? WHY DID HE PLEAD GUILTY TO VIOLENT DISORDER?

Nah, there are definitely political motivations behind the arrests and sentencing. The People know it.

Was Peter Lynch a political prisoner. You must be joking. His case epitomises the politicisation of justice.

Yes he was a political prisoner as is Lucy Connolly

More than that, was he effectively executed by the state for his political views?

Correction: the last time we had social unrest was just last weekend when the pro-Hamas mob marched. Let’s get real, Peter Lynch’s imprisonment is a great injustice and two tiered justice.

"The state has a role in handing down exemplary sentences" to generations of police, CPS, Judiciary, Politicians involved in the cover up in Rotherham. It could have been sorted out in 10 minutes at one of the previous peaceful demonstrations in Rotherham by agreeing to close the hotel- what morally diseased people thought putting a migrant hotel at grooming central was a good idea?. In every town where there were anti facilitator marches there was recent history. Police and Judges are not innocent good faith actors in this.

You know, it's been several days since Peter Lynch died, and we still have no details. I find that...well, let's say, "interesting."

Has it been proven he “took his own life”. Why was he sent to that prison? What is the demographic of that prison?

On Russian TV they are saying Keir Starmer murdered opposition leader Peter Lynch in prison.

From what I have read the hotel WAS NOT SET ON FIRE, a refuse bin was set on fire outside the hotel. The hotel was not burnt, no human being was burnt.
Peter Lynch did not attack anyone physically, he was attacked physically by a female police officer who pushed him violently with her riot shield. What did he do to make her attack him? He stood in front of her with his hands clasped in prayer saying “I’m praying for my children” perhaps it was because he was being openly Christian that triggered her anger.

The title is misinformation. He was protesting holding a sign shouting his opinion. Show him respect

The ex prison warden fellow is wrong. When the political class tells the judiciary to make examples of people who's *perceived* ideology is not one that they like, then it's political. What proves this is seeing the same kinds of crimes being dealt with far more leniently where those involved were of different ethnicity, religions, etc..
The issue is not so much about whether someone goes to prison, but the two tiered nature of how different groups based mostly on belief and ethnicity are treated.
As for hostile state actors: Maybe they are there but I think the establishment is doing a fine job without their help of building resentment.
