It works only on your device. If you send it to an other Computer it doesn't work. Not useful.

Hello, I faced an issue at 2:01. When I clicked on the application, it doesn't run after I copied the application into a new folder. However it does run in Debug-> netcoreapp3.1 . Did I do something wrong? What should I do?
