To Check if there is CHEATING INVOLVED, we can always double check by adding the number of VOTES actually casted by both democrats, republicans and independents and that number should not exceed the total number of qualified Voters/Citizens in the US Census. The number can only be less than and not greater than by much since some qualified voters didn't vote. If there is huge discrepancies then RECOUNT or VERIFICATION should be implemented without questions
