Found a couple the other week growing on a fallen tree. I wondered what they where. I think I’ll pass on the test taste though. Thanks for sharing

The mushrooms are the worst! We had them randomly sprout for the first time this last summer in the flower bed right by our front door. I didn’t noticed them for a while (I smelled them but assumed maybe it was our garbage cans that are up in the front as well). I finally got them out and dug and dug to get the eggs out too then the next day there were almost 10 more eggs and multiple fully sprouted mushrooms.

It is fiddly to separate the middle part. I had a go frying it and it was better than expected, though I am not in a rush to try it again 🪺
