Great tutorial, very interesting and useful!
One small issue. When Task Edit sheet is opened, there are no values for Title and Description until you tap the field

For some reason, the Edit Button doesn't show the Delete or Edit icons on the right of a task. I know that issue lies in the wrapped value portion of the code, but i can't find why it doesn't turn active after you press the edit button... is there a way to fix?

Just wondering if there's a simple solution to making the dates across the top stay there instead of scrolling off the screen and also making the date/day picker scroll to the next week/prior week. Also, the edit doesn't show the current information in the fields, so you have to type the whole thing over again.
