OJ Simpson estate to fight payout to Brown, Goldman families

The longtime attorney of O.J. Simpson has been named the executor of the late controversial figure’s estate and may be preparing to refute debts still owed to the families of Simpson’s ex-wife Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman. Meanwhile Simpson's family has declined to have his brain tested for CTE, despite multiple requests. NBC’s Jacob Soboroff reports for TODAY.

I doubt there will be much of an estate to begin with. Simpson had his NFL pension (believed to be $25K a month) but he lived in a gated community in Las Vegas that I'm sure ate up most if not all of that. I would assume trust funds for his children were set up and I doubt the Goldman family can touch those. I'm sure Simpson and his long-time attorney out of spite arranged his estate planning in such a way that the Goldman family (and likely many others who are owed money) will get little to nothing.
