Newly released cooling box by Severin. The first that can be powered by a power bank.
This is an unboxing and a short test of the product.
The box is empty and in room temperatur when the test starts, 26 degrees Celsius.
After 15 min it's 18 degrees Celsius.
After 30 min it's 15 degrees Celsius.
After 45 min it's 13 degrees Celsius.
After 1 hour it's 11 degrees Celsius.
After 1 hour and 15 min it's 10 degrees Celsius.
The power bank could power the cooling box at the same time as the solar charger delivered power to it.
My 15W Ravpower solar panel could not deliver enough power to power the box at 10:15 AM. I do not know if this is because of the early time of the day or because of the thin clouds in the sky.
A more powerful panel would probably be able to power the box directly since it draws 9W at 5V from the USB when cooling.
