Hi Andy thank you for your great work! I have purchased the Aqara door sensor after your recommendation. Question: can I prevent my blinds closing if the window is open? If so how would I program that automation in homekit? Any help appreciated. Thank you, Ian

I'm trying to add sensors to M1S and nothing connects. IS there a bug with IOS16?

Why choose the Aqara Door and Window Sensor over the Aqara Vibration Sensor? If they both can tell you if a door is open, conventional, sliding, cabinet, gate or fridge; then isn't the smaller footprint of the Aqara Vibration Sensor, plus it's additional uses, the better choice, especially since they are priced nearly the same?

I tried this but it kept failing to connect to my home wifi. It asked me to change my password to be more common and simple. It's actually on their manual to instruct you to do this. Are you kidding me?!
