I fell for this hard. The brand I went with was supposed to be for outdoor and as soon as the rain came the entire strip started acting psychotic because water got inside and ruined it. Huge waste of money and time! Didn't even make it one year.

I have them adhesive did not hold. I used a little gorilla glue worked perfectly. I do love the lights just wish companies would be honest about products.

I just bought these and Govee added brackets so even if the 3M tape fails (which it will) the light won't go anywhere. Highly recommend!

Great idea and I love the look, but it gets really hot and humid for months where I live. Not sure if the glue would hold up. Probably have to use some kind of screw clip to be safe.

This is not Christmas lighting, it’s nightclub lighting. I see people using similar lighting for Christmas but it looks and feels odd.

It doesnt have the same impact using that product over the classic christmas lights. The rgb tape led lights feel like something random joe would instal and light the house 11 months of the year.
